Operated either by AC or DC, this Radio frequency based remote controller usually controls the load, may be two or more, situated at certain distance from controller. this systems is based on functioning of two major parts viz. i) The transmitter ii) The receiver. The basic operation that controls this system are modulation and demodulation. Modulation is the basic part of transmitter whereas the demodulation is placed in the receiving part of the system. The objective of the system is controlling the load that are in the receiving part by triggering it by sending RF through transmitter. As the result, the system will be acting as a remote controlled device. the system is to be established with the help of communication link i.e. radio frequency. the required is set up by considering the type of load and the distance of the receiving unit. Initially the circuit is designed for two loads. however the number is load can be incremented as desired.

the transmission section deals with sending the signal for controlling load.. The transmitter usually comprises of
i) Oscillators,
ii) Modulator
iii) Filter
The loads are fixed with their desired modulating frequency. The desired carrier frequency is set up for signal transmission.

The receiving section comprises of units for amplifying, demodulating and filtering. Which sends required signal to respective loads for carrying operation after verifying it. It also comprises of logical circuit for controlling the loads. The demodulation operation is carried by the FM receiver and the logic circuit controls the desired sequential operation for loads.

 System Overview
The system consists of two mobile connected by the existing cellular mobile network. One of the mobile is connected to the computer by USB data cable. The computer contains the series of computer program that is capable of retrieving SMS, processing and directing hardware to produce the desired output. The hardware part is connected to the computer by the parallel port.



2.2 Hardware Description:
2.2.1 Mobiles
The basic component of our project starts with two mobiles. These mobiles are used to send and receive SMS through the available cellular network configurations. One of the mobile is connected to the computer through usb data cable. The other is used by the user to send the SMS to the connected mobile. Since the project’s backbone is the SMS, the SMS has to be fed to the computer and this is done by mobile software which will be discussed under software discription portion.

2.2.2 USB data cable
The USB data cable is the connector that connects different hardwares to the computer. In our project, we have used this cable to connect the mobile to the comptuer.

Library is the place of peace and silence where students get opportunity to study and view different reference materials. Peace and silence is the most important feature of library. But many times students dont give much attention to it and consider it to be the normal place. So students make noise in library and ruin its attribute. So taking this issue into consideration, we decided to fabricate a simple electronic device that can solve this problem.This project is for the design and construction of the NOISE DETECTOR IN LIBRARY. This device is able to detect the noise, compare the intensity of louder sound and hence producing the warning signal to the librarian. This system is very economical and helpful in maintaining peace in library.



In this project we have designed a technology to detect the noise and produce the output according to the intensity of noise made. When the sound exceeds the threshold, it is considered as noise which in turn triggers the timer and an output is seen in the LED. Sources of our literature survey are mainly the books, websites and consultation with the faculty members and interaction with colleagues. All those sources were very much useful for us to get knowledge about different components and upgrading our project.
